چکیده
Na krševitom brdu Okešar, nadomak Podgorice, zamišljen je park prirode sa eko domaćinstvom: objektima stočarstva; poljoprivrede; smještaja i ugostiteljstva. Analizirani su prirodni potencijali kraškog predjela Crne Gore na primjeru lokacije donešeni zaključci o strategiji transformacije neiskorišćenih kraških ekološki ekonomski isplativ način.
